About the role:

Winona is looking for a creative Video Editor to produce eye-catching videos that drive engagement across our social media channels. You'll be responsible for editing and producing high-quality content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Seniority Level: Junior-Mid Level

Responsibilities:

  • Edit a variety of video content, including User Generated Content (UGC), explainer videos, and short-form digital content (15s, 30s, and 60s).

  • Apply consistent branding across all video assets while allowing for creative flexibility.

  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while meeting project deadlines.

  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, marketers, and other team members to bring creative visions to life.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in video editing.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing expertise; experience with graphic design projects is a plus.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

  • Strong understanding of the post-production process, including offline editing, online editing, 2D motion design, sound design, and color correction/grading.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Access to a personal computer with a stable internet connection capable of efficiently running the required tools and applications.

  • Ability to work full-time with flexible hours, with requirement to attend key team meetings as scheduled.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a commercial advertising, creative, or digital agency is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and other creative design tools is a strong advantage.

  • Ability to create unique designs and visuals from scratch without relying solely on templates.

  • Familiarity with the women's health industry or related telehealth products/brands.…
