Description:
- Seeking a professional, bilingual (English/Spanish) Female Medical Receptionist for a growing healthcare team.
- Role involves educating patients about out-of-network benefits, copays, deductibles, and insurance coverage while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Female candidate fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar healthcare administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification, out-of-network benefits, copays, deductibles, and patient financial responsibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership-oriented personality with a proactive mindset and comfortable handling high volumes of patient calls.
- Experience with EMR systems; Prompt EMR experience preferred.
Benefits:
- Full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a negotiable pay rate based on skillset and experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
