AI Design Lead - Creative & Marketing Design

Role Overview

Finout is seeking an AI Design Lead to guide the Creative & Marketing Design team forward, driving efficiency using AI to streamline workflows and produce more, faster, at a higher bar. The team is responsible for brand campaigns and the marketing asset engine, and the AI Design Lead will report to the Head of Design.

What You Will Do

The AI Design Lead will own team efficiency, AI strategy for design, and the creative direction and day-to-day execution of the Creative & Marketing Design team. They will also build scale infrastructure, act as the strategic contact for Marketing, and drive innovation and insight.

• Proven experience leading design work in a lead or principal capacity
• Strong systems thinking
• Experience partnering directly with marketing teams
• Data fluency
• Deep proficiency in Figma and the broader design toolset
• Strong communication skills
• Academic background in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
