The Opportunity

This isn't an account management Role

We're looking for a genuine hunter who enjoys opening doors, building trust and closing deals You'll own your territory like it's your own business, identifying opportunities, developing relationships with hospitality owners and helping them transform how they operate. You'll work alongside our onboarding, customer success, partnerships and marketing teams to ensure every customer has an outstanding experience from their first meeting through to launch. Success in this role is simple :More conversations. More opportunities. More customers. More revenue

What You'll Be

  • DoingOwn and grow the Brisbane & Gold Coast territory
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals
  • Build relationships with restaurant owners, multi-site operators and hospitality groups
  • Consult with businesses to understand their challenges and recommend tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution-based sales presentations
  • Develop tailored proposals that solve customer challenges
  • Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through to signed agreements
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Represent Foodhub for business at industry events and local networking opportunities
  • Become the local expert and trusted technology partner for hospitality business
