Role Overview

As the sales lead, you will own the commercial growth of Governance Manager end to end. You will sell through three motions — direct clients, channel partners (consulting and audit firms), and international software distributors — supported by local Australian product leadership for demonstrations and technical depth.

What You Will Do

Build and convert a qualified pipeline across direct, partner and distributor channels. Run discovery and product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate and close. Recruit, enable and manage channel partners and international distributors.

Requirements

  • Direct, recent and verifiable experience selling software (SaaS) solutions to Australian and/or US distributors, partners and/or direct clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B software sales targets
  • Experience building and managing partner, reseller or distributor channels
  • Full-cycle sales capability: prospecting, qualification, demonstration, proposal, negotiation and close
  • Excellent written and spoken English, and confidence engaging Australian and US executives
  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot or equivalent) and accurate forecasting
