Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media & Content Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of a real estate and mortgage professional with nearly 20 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing consistent, engaging content across multiple platforms, improving brand visibility, managing audience engagement, and helping establish the client as a trusted industry expert.

The candidate should have experience creating content for personal brands, real estate professionals, financial services, or similar industries. This role requires someone who can take existing brand assets and transform ideas, industry insights, and client updates into consistent, high-quality content.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Develop and manage a social media content strategy for both mortgage and real estate businesses.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • YouTube (future expansion)
• Create monthly content calendars based on business goals, industry trends, and provided themes.
• Develop static posts, graphics, captions, short-form videos, and educational content.
• Repurpose long-form content, videos, and industry insights into social media posts.
• Edit and optimize videos for social media platforms, including short clips/reels.
• Assist with building the client’s personal brand as a mortgage and real estate expert.
• Create content around:
  • Mortgage education
  • Real estate updates
  • Market insights
  • Client success stories
  • Testimonials
  • New partnerships
  • Industry tips and advice
• Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Engage with relevant industry professionals, businesses, and potential referral partners.
• Like, comment, and interact with relevant accounts to increase visibility and networking opportunities.
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and improve overall online presence.
• Support future YouTube content creation, editing, and channel management.
