Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for implementing customer projects, configuring and implementing software solutions, and ensuring clear communication with customers. You will work independently and as part of a team to bring projects to a successful conclusion.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include implementing customer projects, configuring and implementing software solutions, supporting the support team, and clarifying and resolving issues at the interface between IT, inventory management, and accounting.

Requirements
- Completed education in IT, commercial, or gastronomic sector
- 3-6 years of professional experience in project implementation, implementation, consulting, or customer success
- Well-developed technical understanding
- Knowledge in at least one of the areas of inventory management/ERP or accounting/bookkeeping
- Good German language skills (at least C1) and solid English language skills (at least B2)
