Description:

• Join the DevEx Team as a DevOps Engineer to enhance the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) for developers.
• Eliminate friction points in software delivery and enable teams to deploy applications quickly and independently to the cloud.
• Work either in the Erkrath headquarters twice a week or up to 100% remotely.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in software development or DevOps with a strong focus on automation.
• Proficient in GitLab CI, Helm, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Terraform/OpenTofu.
• High service orientation and mentoring skills to effectively share knowledge with teams.
• Passion for simplifying processes and creating self-service infrastructures.
• Ideally interested in database development.
• Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
