Description:

• Join Wellhub as a Director Software Engineer in the CIA Focus Area, working remotely from Portugal.
• Lead and scale the engineering structure to support growth initiatives and enhance the B2B experience for enterprise clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong architectural background with experience in designing and scaling complex systems and web applications.
• Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and database management.
• Proficient in backend languages (e.g., Java, Ruby, Go, C++); Golang experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading globally distributed teams.
