Position Summary
Mashgin is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Finance Operations and Transformation professional, with a continuous improvement mindset and a laser focus on execution, to own and lead Order-to-Cash workflows including billing and help strengthen and scale the processes behind our billing, reporting, and financial systems.
In this individual-contributor role, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to solve operational issues. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into complex problems, driving initiatives independently, improving how systems work together, and balancing hands-on execution with longer-term process transformation.

What You’ll Do
- Billing Ownership: Manage SaaS and ancillary billing, including data validation and cross-system reconciliations.
- Operational Reporting: Own the reporting and analyses of core operational metrics including total bookings.
- System Stabilization and Enhancement: Contribute to the stabilization of our newly implemented accounting software by identifying root causes and helping resolve system issues. Lead and implement key functional and reporting improvements within the new accounting platform.
- Process Optimization: Improve, and streamline if needed, billing workflows and system reconciliations by collaborating cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
