About the Opportunity

We are a rapidly growing, venture-backed AI-native InsurTech platform transforming a trillion-dollar industry. We operate as an AI-first Third-Party Administrator (TPA), leveraging proprietary large language models and automation to cut claims processing times by 3x and eliminate financial leakage for digital insurtechs and traditional tier-1 insurance carriers globally. Backed by elite Silicon Valley and European venture firms (including Y Combinator and Atomico), we recently closed a massive $13M+ Seed round to scale our global footprint.

This is not a traditional Account Executive role. As our Founding GTM hire, you will be one of the earliest commercial pillars of the company, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Sales Leadership to build our outbound engine, secure foundational enterprise customers, and design the blueprint for our future sales organization. What You'll Do

  • Own the Lifecycle: Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting and discovery through to contract execution and closing.
  • Drive Big Deals: Target, navigate, and close high-value enterprise accounts with deal sizes ranging from $150K to $1M+ ACV.
  • Build the Blueprint: Architect outbound prospecting strategies, scalable GTM processes, and the company's foundational sales infrastructure.
  • Data & Tech Mastery: Maintain meticulous CRM data structures within HubSpot and aggressively leverage modern AI sales tools to maximize execution efficiency.
  • Industry Presence: Represent our company at major national conferences and insurance ecosystem events to generate a high-intent pipeline.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

  • 2–5 years of high-performance B2B sales experience. (We highly welcome elite SDRs/BDRs who have consistently smashed quotas and are ready to step into a closing role).
  • Proven track record of owning or significantly contributing to outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Comfortable navigating complex procurement and security processes within enterprise organizations.
  • A "builder" mentality—highly self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of operating independently without an army of sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with modern sales technology stacks, automated tools, and AI workflows.

Preferred Experience:

  • Early-stage, venture-backed startup experience (wearing multiple hats).
  • Direct experience selling Enterprise SaaS, Fintech, or FinTech/InsurTech solutions.
  • Background or familiarity with the Insurance, InsurTech, or Financial Services ecosystems.
  • Experience operating in a founder-led sales environment.
