Mercier Consultancy Group is proud to present an outstanding opportunity for a French Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria, ideally suited for passionate, customer-focused professionals who have an affinity for the fitness and wellness industry. In this dynamic on-site role based in the vibrant city of Sofia, you will serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking Fitbit users, helping them get the most out of their health and wellness journey through expert guidance, empathetic support, and in-depth product knowledge.
What You Will Do
Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to fitness tracking, health monitoring features, and device functionality. Assist customers in setting up, syncing, and troubleshooting their Fitbit devices, apps, and associated wellness platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Native or fluent French language proficiency (both spoken and written) is an absolute requirement for this role. A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-oriented consumer products is strongly desirable.
