Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality design assets for social media, email marketing, and web platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains modern and competitive.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and performance data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience designing for a digital-first environment with a solid understanding of social media formats.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and Figma.
• Experience in photography or art direction.
