Description:
- Join Lendable as a Junior QA Analyst to ensure quality assurance for the US Customer Operations Team.
- Focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and enhancing customer experience through effective QA procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Law, Finance, or similar, or 2+ years in a customer-oriented role (preferably in financial services/fintech).
- Previous QA experience is desirable; strong focus on quality and customer service.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with exceptional attention to detail and data analysis skills.
- Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
