About the role:

Samsara’s Sales Enablement team equips our sellers with the skills, knowledge, and content they need to deliver differentiated value to customers and meet ambitious revenue goals. We’re looking for a Manager, Sales Enablement - Learning Design to lead our Learning Experience Design (LXD) and Content Developer team. In this role, you’ll set the strategy and quality bar for how Samsara designs, builds, and delivers learning experiences and sales content, while growing a talented team of instructional designers and content developers.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Learning Experience Designers and Content Developers, setting clear goals and development plans for each team member.
• Develop the end-to-end execution plan for learning experiences and content, ensuring programs are engaging, scalable, and tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with sales leadership, enablement peers, and subject matter experts to translate skill and knowledge gaps into structured curricula and content.
• Establish standards and best practices for instructional design, content development, and use of learning technology across the team.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of learning and content requests, balancing speed with quality across multiple concurrent projects.
