The Role

As a Product Manager TV at Public, you will contribute to the company’s overall commercial performance by managing the product assortment, overseeing replenishment across all sales channels, and ensuring the successful execution of promotional activities.

The role also involves conducting market and competitor analysis to support pricing strategy, as well as preparing key commercial and financial reports. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of the TV product assortment
  • Monitor replenishment across all sales channels in accordance with the company’s commercial policies and procedures
  • Manage the product SKU portfolio for the assigned category
  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of promotional activities across all sales channels, including physical stores and e-commerce
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, supporting the development and implementation of the category’s pricing strategy
  • Prepare, analyze, and communicate commercial reports, including market performance, sales, profitability, inventory, and other key business metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in a Buying, Product Management, or Commercial department within a retail or commercial organization
  • Previous experience in the retail industry will be considered a strong advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Results-oriented attitude with enthusiasm and a proactive approach
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MSc or MBA) will be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
