We’re hiring a Sales Training Manager, Prenatal to support the development and delivery of best-in-class sales training programs for BillionToOne’s Unity prenatal commercial team. This role is ideal for a sales training professional with experience designing impactful learning experiences, facilitating engaging training sessions, and building scalable programs that drive lasting behavior change in a commercial organization.
Working in close partnership with the Director of Sales Training, the Sales Training Manager will help develop, facilitate, and continuously improve prenatal sales training programs and content. This role supports the execution of the overall training strategy by translating business needs into effective learning experiences, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring training is delivered consistently and effectively across the organization. While the Director of
Sales Training owns the overarching strategy and curriculum, the Sales Training Manager plays a key role in bringing that vision to life through high-quality program execution and facilitation.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of Sales Training.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and continuously improve a comprehensive sales training curriculum spanning new hire onboarding, ongoing skill development, product launches, and national/regional meeting programming
- Develop structured learning journeys rooted in adult learning theory — incorporating spaced repetition, competency-based progressions, and blended modalities (live, virtual, asynchronous, and field-based)
- Bring a strong eye for digital and online learning design — transforming existing content into interactive, visually engaging experiences
- Build and run sales programs, role-play frameworks, sales playbooks, and best-in-class sales messaging to ensure reps can execute in the field with consistency and confidence
