Description:
- Join Mozilla as a Senior Staff AI & Agentic Systems Engineer to lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI agent frameworks.
- Work within a fast-paced team to build a new browser infrastructure platform focused on web automation and autonomous capabilities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in fast-paced environments.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building autonomous workflows and agentic systems.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI).
- Strong coding skills in Python or Go, with a solid understanding of distributed backend systems.
- Prior early-stage startup experience and proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot).
