Description:

• Join Mozilla's early-stage team to lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI agent frameworks and workflows.
• Work within Mozilla’s New Products organization to build a new product from its earliest stages, focusing on AI and agentic systems.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building autonomous workflows and agentic systems.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Strong coding skills in Python or Go, with a solid understanding of distributed backend systems.
• Prior early-stage startup experience and proficiency with advanced AI coding tools.
