Role Overview
This role focuses on driving sales and business development for premium tea and beverage solutions under the HOT Tea Shop brand in the HORECA and Corporate segments. The candidate will engage with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, manage distributors, and grow the business in the assigned territory as per company guidelines.
What You Will Do
Develop the HORECA and Corporate channel for HOT Tea Shop products, identify and onboard new clients, understand client needs, analyze market trends, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.

Requirements
- Minimum Fulltime Graduation/equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in tea, coffee, or beverage products
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales development, ROI calculations, and distributor handling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver customized solutions
- Self-driven, hardworking, and capable of working independently with a strong sales focus
- Fluency in English and local language
- Professional, independent, and a strong team player with influential interpersonal skills
