Role Overview
Join LinkedIn's Sales Development team as a Vendor Sales Coach to partner with vendor-based SDs and educate new customers on LinkedIn's platform capabilities. This role requires flexibility to accommodate US work timings and has US staffing customers working in US time zones.
What You Will Do
Onboard and coach vendor-based SDs, own SD operations, monitor performance metrics, create content for playbooks, build partner relationships, and identify opportunities to improve SD outcomes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales/sales development experience
- Business fluency in English and other languages
- Strong prior experience in sales development, account services, marketing, or business development
- Knowledge of India and APAC markets and nuances of prospecting within them
- Experience managing vendor-based teams
- Experience in motivating, inspiring, and driving teams to sustainable growth
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, best practices, and techniques
- Experience with analysis of sales activities and metrics
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with experience navigating a matrix environment
- Ability to influence internal and vendor stakeholders without authority through clear and persuasive communication
