Description:

  • Principal Engineer responsible for the AI Platform and GenAI product experiences at iHerb.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with significant time at senior or principal level.
  • Proven experience in AI-driven SDLC, large-scale distributed systems, and cross-organizational technical leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platform systems, MLOps, and LLM evaluation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $204,000 - $260,000 USD.
