Description:
- Lead the development of GenAI-powered product experiences and shared AI platform infrastructure.
- Responsibilities include building RAG pipelines, LLM-driven personalization, conversational agents, and MLOps layers.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI-driven SDLC tools (e.g., Claude Code).
- Full-stack awareness and experience owning features end-to-end.
- Strong grasp of software design principles, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with LLM applications, retrieval systems, and vector databases.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $187,000 - $235,000 USD.
