THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Channel Partners Account Manager to our Channel Partners team in São Paulo!

The Channel Partners’ team plays a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence and growth through strategic partnerships. Our mission is to develop, support, and optimize relationships with commercial partners, driving revenue growth and enhancing partner success. By leveraging a strong indirect sales model, we ensure that our partners have the necessary tools, knowledge, and strategies to thrive.  Collaboration, innovation, and a results-driven mindset are at the core of our approach, making the Channel Partners’ team a key contributor to the company’s overall success.

YOUR IMPACT

  • You have prior experience working with channel sales and indirect sales models, preferably in the corporate benefits or SaaS sectors;
  • You have a solid understanding of the sales process and the channel partners ecosystem, and are passionate about sales and business development, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding results.
  • You have advanced English
  • You have excellent interpersonal communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders, as well as build and maintain strong partnerships with commercial partners.
  • You have a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel performance.
  • You are a proactive and autonomous professional, capable of working independently,  with organization to manage a portfolio of multiple partners, while aligning with the company’s goals;.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized commercial partners, ensuring their engagement and success.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company’s market reach.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective channel strategies, aligning partner performance with business objectives.
  • Support partners with training, tools, and commercial strategies to enhance their sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, implementing improvements to maximize results.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on goals.
  • Continuously seek market insights and trends to enhance the indirect sales model and ensure competitiveness.
