THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an SMB Account Executive to join our Client Sales team in Argentina!
As an SMB Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving Wellhub’s growth by acquiring new SMB customers (up to 500 employees). You will primarily manage inbound opportunities while proactively developing outbound business when needed. Through a consultative sales approach, you’ll partner with HR leaders and business decision-makers to understand their goals and demonstrate how Wellhub can help organizations build healthier, happier, and more engaged workforces.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by delivering business impact while creating an exceptional customer experience.
YOUR IMPACT
- Own the full sales cycle, from qualification and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities while proactively identifying and developing outbound prospects when appropriate.
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and position Wellhub as the best solution.Build trusted relationships with HR leaders, People teams, business owners, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, keeping CRM data accurate and ensuring reliable sales forecasting.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets through strong execution and pipeline management.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Leverage sales metrics, customer insights, and feedback to continuously improve your performance and sales strategy.Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture by sharing best practices and supporting your teammates.

WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or another high-growth technology company.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving sales targets.Experience selling to SMB companies (up to 500 employees) is a plus.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers through virtual meetings and digital channels.
- Comfortable managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously in a high-volume environment.Data-driven mindset with strong pipeline management, prioritization, and forecasting skills.
