THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Analyst - CRM & Automation (B2B) in our Marketing area in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
Wellz is Wellhub’s emotional health program — and one of the largest mental wellness platforms in Brazil. With a unique approach, Wellz connects employees at partner companies to qualified psychologists for individual therapy sessions, alongside on-demand content for continuous mental health care.
This is a highly cross-functional and hands-on role, combining strategic thinking with execution excellence. You will own the B2B CRM engine, including campaign planning, lifecycle automation, lead scoring frameworks, and demand generation initiatives, building scalable foundations to support our next stage of growth.
YOUR IMPACT
- Own the B2B CRM campaign calendar, leading the ideation, prioritization, and execution of lifecycle initiatives aligned with commercial, product, and customer success objectives.
- Design and optimize automated lifecycle programs, including awareness, consideration, conversion and lead nurturing strategies.
- Maintain lead scoring frameworks, audience segmentation, and customer lifecycle definitions to improve qualification, personalization, and business impact.
- Create high-performing CRM communications end-to-end, from messaging strategy and email copywriting to designing in templates, campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Sales and Commercial, to ensure marketing automation aligns with overall business goals and sales requirements.
- Plan and coordinate webinars and partnership initiatives as part of the broader B2B demand generation strategy.
- Develop marketing assets including landing pages and email templates to support demand generation efforts.
- Report and monitor CRM metrics via spreadsheets and recurring reports, translating data into actionable insights.
- Continuously experiment with new approaches, leveraging AI tools, automation opportunities, and testing frameworks to improve scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Update and organize project documentation, sharing lessons learned from campaigns with stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
