THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Channel Partner Senior Manager to our Indirect Sales team, based in Argentina, with regional scope covering Argentina and Chile.

This is a key individual contributor role within Wellhub’s SSLatam indirect sales strategy. You will be responsible for building and scaling a reseller and alliance ecosystem across two high-potential markets, combining hunting for new channel partners with the development and management of existing ones. You will operate with high autonomy, executing go-to-market strategies through brokers, HR consultancies, benefits companies, banks, and fintechs to drive B2B revenue through indirect channels. This role requires a commercially sharp, resourceful professional who understands the indirect channel business, can open doors with senior stakeholders, and knows how to create value both for partners and for Wellhub.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Build and grow the channel partner ecosystem across Argentina and Chile, identifying, onboarding, and developing strategic alliances with benefits brokers, HR consultancies, voucher/benefits companies, banks, and fintechs.
  • Drive indirect revenue through a mix of hunting new reseller partners and farming existing alliances, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and deal conversion through the channel.
  • Own end-to-end partner relationships — from commercial negotiation and contract structuring to joint go-to-market execution, co-marketing initiatives, and ongoing performance management.
  • Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners, coordinating internally with Marketing, Sales Team, and Operations to ensure aligned initiatives that maximize channel revenue.
  • Prospect and engage senior decision-makers (commercial directors, HR leaders, C-suite) at potential partner organizations, building a qualified pipeline of new alliance opportunities.
  • Monitor and report channel performance with accuracy, maintaining forecast discipline and proactively managing risks in the indirect pipeline.
  • Ensure commercial sustainability by managing partner margins, MAP clauses, and deal structures that protect Wellhub’s margin while remaining competitive in the market.

WHO YOU ARE

  • An experienced channel and alliances professional with 5–7 years of experience in indirect sales, reseller partnerships, or B2B alliance management, ideally in multi-stakeholder commercial environments.
